Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and free items received.
- Proof of order (order number) is required.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@pakpick.com with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your bank account or mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash) for COD orders.
Damaged or wrong items
Received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
Not returnable items
For hygiene and safety, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.
