How do I place an order?
Add the products you want to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details, and choose Cash on Delivery. That is it, we will take care of the rest.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD is available all over Pakistan. You pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep, no advance payment required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days in major cities, and 4 to 7 working days for remote areas, after your order is confirmed.
What are the delivery charges?
A flat delivery fee applies at checkout. Orders above Rs 3,000 qualify for free delivery.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Order page with your order number, or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll share an update.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
