📦 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

🇵🇰 Shipping Within Pakistan

• Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days.

• Delivery Charges:

  • Karachi: Starting from Rs. 150

  • Other Cities: Starting from Rs. 200

  • Free shipping may be available on orders over a specific amount (we’ll let you know during checkout).

🛡️ Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available nationwide.

• Please ensure your mobile number is active—we may call to confirm your order before dispatch.

• If you're unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will make 1-2 more attempts.

• Still missed it? No worries—we’ll help arrange a redelivery or you can collect it from the nearest courier branch.
