You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Electrical components once opened or installed.

Sale, clearance, or custom-ordered items.

Any product returned without original packaging or accessories.
🔁 Exchange Process

Share your order number and a photo/video of the issue.

Once approved, send the item back to us.

We’ll ship the replacement within 3-5 working days of receiving the item.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:

The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

You received a wrong or defective item and choose not to exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.
