 Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Electrical components once opened or installed.

  • Sale, clearance, or custom-ordered items.

  • Any product returned without original packaging or accessories.

🔁 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at 📧 support@carwala.store or 📞 0311-7535050 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and a photo/video of the issue.

  3. Once approved, send the item back to us.

  4. We’ll ship the replacement within 3-5 working days of receiving the item.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

  • You received a wrong or defective item and choose not to exchange.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • If it's a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping charges.
